Robin has also been secretary and treasurer for both the association and MLS board. She is a 2009 graduate of the association’s Leadership Academy as part of its inaugural class.
She has served on many committees and boards of Florida Realtors®, the state’s largest trade association, and served as a Florida director for seven years. She was also appointed to the National Association of Realtors® Resort and Second Home Committee.
Robin is affiliated with the Women’s Council of Realtors® at the local, state and national levels, and is a former state president for the council.
In 2013, she served as regional vice president of Region 7 for the National Women’s Council of Realtors®. In this position, she served state and local chapters of Women’s Council in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Robin received the 2013 Women’s Council of Realtors Florida State Member of the Year Award in 2014 and the 2013 National Women’s Council of Realtors® Member Award awarded in 2014 during the national meetings.
In 2004, she achieved the Leadership Training Graduate and Performance Management designations, and TRC and AHWD certifications through NAR in 2009.
She received the Florida State Chapter of Women’s Council’s Governor of the Year Award in 2007, the State Chapter Presidential Award in 2006 and for several years was named her local chapter Mentor of the Year.


Josh Burdine

Broker Associate and Co-Founder of RockStar Realty has been a Realtor® for 13 years.
He currently holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations along with a Florida Community Association Manager’s License.
Josh has been an RPAC major investor for 8 consecutive years and served as a Director for Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
As a primary member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, Josh has sought to improve member communications, grow community engagement, and further the Protection of Private Property Rights.
Josh and his wife Susan, live in Cape Coral with 2 children, Devin and Ava and have resided in Lee County for 18+ years.


Michele Schafer

Michele is a native of Omaha, where she began her real estate career in 1986. She has worked with a broad range of clients, including permanent and seasonal homebuyers and commercial business investors. She has successfully managed the real estate interests and portfolios of her clients for more than 33 years.
She and her husband, Bob, moved to Cape Coral in 2001, following many friends who had previously made the transition. They were excited to build a new home on the water and continue to enjoy the views.
Fran is extremely knowledgeable in southwest Florida real estate trends, drawing on her broad experience and connections with local businesses.
She is a former member of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, having served as divisional vice president for the state of Florida, and continues to chair WCR Florida state committees.
Michele is director of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association for her third year.


Jacob Meyer
BB&C Realty
A lifelong resident of southwest Florida, Jacob graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a business degree in 2006.
He then returned to southwest Florida and began his career in the construction industry. He earned his real estate license in 2009 and his broker license in 2011. Since becoming a broker, Jacob has been involved in more than 1,300 transactions valued at over $250 million and has gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of real estate – land development and permitting, new construction, sort- and long-term investments, property management and overall residential sales.
Jacob makes it a point to give back to his profession. Besides serving as an RPCRA board member, he is panelist for the annual Top Gun real estate event and a Crystal R member of the Realtor Political Action Committee.
He and his wife, Megan, have been married since 2008, and have three children.
In the community, Jacob is a member of the Board of Directors for Cape Coral American Little League and enjoys coaching his two sons and rooting for his daughter in gymnastics and dance.


Kevin Williamson

Kevin was born in New York and raised on Long Island. After obtaining an MBA in Finance from St John’s University and working with two Fortune 500 companies in New York, his love for the water, fishing and scuba diving motivated him to move to Florida in 1986.
He Began his real estate career in Lehigh Acres, where he had relocated. In January 1992, Kevin joined Realty World C Bagans First as broker/manager and also became a partner in the company. He has helped to make Realty World one of the leading offices in the Lehigh Acres area.
Kevin has an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in general and is one of the leading foreclosure experts in Lee, Hendry and Glades Counties.
He has served in several capacities on the RPCRA, board, including treasurer, secretary, and director. He has also served on committees such as Grievance and Professional Standards and currently serves on others. Kevin also is a Florida Realtors director and serves on the appraisal committee with FR.
Kevin holds the NAR CRB designation and has also been a major investor for a number of years of the Realtor® Political Action Committee, which supports property and homeowner rights.
He has been the recipient of the Humanitarian of the Year, Broker of the Year and Faye Roberts Lifetime Achievement awards for the association. In the community, Kevin is a past president of two Kiwanis Clubs in Lehigh Acres. He’s also has participated in three overseas mission trips (two to Russia and one to Kenya). Kevin has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 25 years. They have six children.
Kevin stills enjoys fishing and diving when time permits.


Blanca Contreras

Blanca Contreras obtained a salesperson license in 1997 and broker license in 2013.
She is very active in international real estate circles and is broker-associate and team manager for Contreras Team Internationalé in Cape Coral. She is also active in the affordable housing community and volunteers on committees to assist financially challenged homebuyers.
Blanca is a Certified International Property Specialist and holds designations including At Home with Diversity, Cape Coral Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative. Her certifications include Transnational Referral Certification and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Code of Trust.
Blanca is a Lee County Precinct #11 election clerk (gubernatorial & presidential) and a past president and founding member of NAHREP SWFL Chapter, the Affordable Housing Committee for Lee County and Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Cape Coral

Ron Welebny
Commercial Realty Associates of Southwest Florida (CRA)
Ron’s impressive resume began at an early age, when he became a pilot and flight instructor by age 21, followed at age 28 by the founding of a company focused on precision airborne data acquisition.
He later developed geographic information system applications and headed a software development project that resulted in the GIS application still in use by the U.S. Postal Service for the routing and scheduling of mail. As an executive vice president at AT&T Digital Records Systems, he was part of a group responsible for the introduction and integration of GIS technologies into many government agencies.
Ron became an active proponent of small business and was a founder and early president of the New York State Association of Small Business Councils. He became active in the national small business movement and was a small business advisor to President Jimmy Carter. Ron was cited by the president for his role in organizing the White House Conference on Small Business. He was also largely responsible for the passage of several major pieces of legislation, including the Jobs Tax Credit Act, and the introduction of a graduated corporate income tax structure.
Later in his career, Ron designed and implemented an initiative that allowed the tracking of hazardous substances throughout New York City. While under contract with FEMA, Ron headed up the GIS Response and Recovery initiatives in Miami following Hurricane Andrew.
He and his family eventually migrated to Cape Coral and signed on with the Florida Water Services Corp. as director of special projects. He coordinated land acquisition efforts and the development of water and wastewater plants, wells and disposal sites from Jacksonville to Marco Island. He also had a hand in selling utility franchises, including the Lehigh Acres utility, to the municipalities in which they were located.
He earned a Florida real estate license in 2003 and soon went on to acquire his broker’s license. He also maintains a Florida real estate instructor’s license. Ron is designated by the CCIM Institute as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. He practices solely within the category of commercial and investment real estate. His major strengths are in analytics and law.
He is the qualifying broker and managing partner at Commercial Realty Associates of Southwest Florida in Cape Coral.

He and his family came to Fort Myers from Worthington, Ohio, in 1973. After attending the University of Florida, he returned to the area and served for more than seven years as a reserve police officer with the City of Cape Coral.
Russ has over 25 years of professional marketing experience, including 20 years with the Yellow Pages – both print and online.
He holds designations including Graduate Realtor® Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. He has experience marketing and closing short sales and has worked with several investors in their pursuit of income properties in southwest Florida.

Nick is a GRI-certified licensed Realtor and former longtime mortgage broker. He was born and raised in the Sunshine State.
Nick believes in and prides himself on creating a privileged and luxurious level of convenience for his clients while giving back to his community.
Besides RPCRA, he is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Within RPCRA, he has served as chair and vice chair on several committees while also serving on the Board of Directors for Florida Realtors. Nick graduated the RPCRA Leadership Academy in 2017 and is a Florida Realtors Faculty member, licensed to teach FR CE-approved courses.
He attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he received several business degrees including a master’s degree with a concentration in accounting and taxation.
Combined, his mortgage experience, collegiate background and accounting practice helped prepare him for his career in real estate. Nick says he loves being a Realtor® because it allows him to branch out and pursue other avenues of the business that he enjoys such as teaching, coaching and learning. His interests outside real estate include SCUBA diving, flying and traveling with his wife Lindsay.

Jack Martin

A native of upstate New York, Jack has been a licensed Realtor® since 1989. His real estate background includes many years in Fort Lauderdale as a commercial real estate practitioner, specializing in hotels, motels and income properties.
Upon moving to Cape Coral in the summer of 2000, he has focused on commercial real estate sales and leasing of strip centers, single-tenant buildings and community shopping centers.
Jack’s professional designations include CCIM, Broker Associate and GRI. Present and past involvement with the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association includes director, 2016-19, Public Policy Committee chair, Commercial Alliance Committee vice-chair, RPAC Committee and Technology Committee. He was a Florida Realtors director from 2017-19 and served on the Public Policy Committee of the National Association of Realtors® from 2018 until 2019.

Her background includes working as an esthetician while in college and owning and managing a commercial laundry that provided contract services for state and military entities. She also worked trade shows throughout the U.S. to promote geo textiles.
She received her real estate license in 2001 and has been a full-time Realtor® since then.
Karen’s local real estate experience includes affiliations with John R. Wood Properties, Gulf Gateway Realty, Remax Downtown and Remax Realty Team.
Serves on several Florida Realtor® committees: Attainable Workforce Housing, Land Use, Property Rights, Sustainable Development, Legislative Think Tank and RPMIC, Florida Realtor® Party Coordinating and Major Investors Recognition Subcommittee.

Suzanne Sherer

Suzanne was born in Stuttgart, Germany, and grew up near Munich. Having an American father and German mother, she was raised speaking both German and English. She attended schools in Germany and the United States.
Her successful real estate career in Lee County encompasses more than 20 years. She is licensed with Premiere Plus Realty in Cape Coral and continues to actively engage with real estate practitioners from Europe.
Suzanne has also been actively involved in real estate trends and legislation, which has included her service as 2010 district vice president for District 5; 2009 president of the Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc.; 2016 Women’s Council of Realtors® Fort Myers network president and directorships at the local, state and national level. In 2014, she participated in the Florida Realtors® official trade mission to Germany.
She is a graduate of the inaugural Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy in 2008 and the National Association of Realtors® Leadership Academy in 2011.
Suzanne lives in Cape Coral. When she is not selling real estate, she enjoys her volunteer work at Cape Coral Hospital as part of the Pet Therapy program with her dog Maddie, who also serves her as a medical alert service dog.


Kevin Cloutier

Before going into real estate, Kevin owned and operated an office machine dealership in Maine for 14 years. He sold two divisions of the company to separate entities in 1994.
With 53 employees, his largest accounts were the Maine state government and school departments. After selling the business, he spent three years developing and marketing sports memorabilia before moving on to real estate in 1997. From the first year – when he was named Rookie of the Year – until present, he has always been a top-tier producing agent, having received many monthly and yearly awards.
He is certified as a Master Negotiator and served three years on the Portland Board of Realtors Ethics and Professional Standards Committee. He also served five years on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council (accounting), seeking to close 48 transactions per year as his goal. For his last five years in Maine, his wife, Angie, obtained her license and assisted Kevin in real estate.
In 2008, they moved to Florida and shortly after obtaining his license here, had approximately 30 listings.
In Florida, Kevin was named Top Gun in 2015 and voted Best Realtor® in Cape Coral 2016-2019, Best Realtor Team 2019 and Best Realtor in North Fort Myers 2017-2019. He was appointed Director of the Florida Gulf Coast MLS in 2020. He is just short of 900 career closings in commercial and residential real estate.
In 2019, Kevin opened his own brokerage, Cre8tive Realty Inc., and brought Angie and son Kyle (both now licensed in Florida) into the business.
He has had a lifelong interest in muscle cars and also enjoys painting and woodworking.
Kevin and his wife live in North Fort Myers. They have five children and six grandchildren.


Michelle Deal

Michelle has been a full-time Realtor® in Florida since 1999. In 2007, she and opened her own real estate office, specializing in Cape Coral Property management.
For the past 12 years, she has been very active in the former Cape Coral and Fort Myers Realtors® Associations (now RPCRA) on multiple levels.
Michelle is a current or past a member of many association committees and subgroups, including the MLS, Building, Public Relations, Budget and Finance, Audit and Strategic Planning Committees. She has also been extensively involved in the Rental Task Force, Matrix, Installation Programs and Florida Realtors® Property Management Committee.
She is a former director of the Cape Coral Association/Cape Coral MLS (since 2009) and served as president-elect in 201. She was board president in 2012 and 2013.
At RPCRA, she has served as a Florida Gulf Coast MLS Director and was its secretary in 2017. She is also a member and past president of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
Michelle has attended several Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® conventions as well as Great American Realtor® Days in Tallahassee.
Prior to moving from Southwest Michigan, she was very involved with all aspects of her family businesses – primarily property management and a full-service lakeside resort.
Michelle says her parents and two sons are a big part of her life and enjoys creating family memories and traditions with them.


Donna Guido

Donna relocated to the Fort Myers area with her family from Northport, N.Y., in 1998.
She has worked as a Realtor full-time in the Fort Myers area for almost two decades and is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and Florida Realtors® and serves on committees on the national and state levels. Donna is a member and past president of the Cape Coral-Fort Myers Women’s Council of Realtors®.
She was the 2018 President of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association and has been a member since obtaining her license in 2000. She received the Realtor® of the Year Award in 2016 and the Humanitarian of the Year Award in 2011.
Donna brings a deep knowledge of the southwest Florida real estate market, which she feels has contributed to her success. She specializes as a buyer’s agent and relocation specialist, concentrating on residential properties in Lee County. She serves on several committees within the real estate community.
She is a 2017 graduate of the Leadership Lee program, a 2011 graduate of the RPCRA Leadership Academy and a 2004 Graduate of Star Power’s Buyers University, having achieved the designation of Buyer Specialization. She also holds the National Association of Realtors® Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation and is certified with "At Home with Diversity."
Donna is an active member of her community and volunteers at the American Cancer Society.


Nancy Williamson

Nancy Leota Williamson was born in Dublin, Ohio, and lived there until she was 25, when she moved to Fort Myers.
She first came to real estate through her marriage and decided to become a Realtor® in 2013.
Nancy has been involved in many committees with RPCRA, including Realtor® Political Action Committee (major investor since 2014) chair for two-plus years, Public Policy, MLS Forum, MLS Committee (chair two years), MLS Board of Directors in 2018, 2019 (secretary) and 2020 as secretary/treasurer. She has also served on the Candidate Screening Committee, Awards Committee and the Young Professional Network Committee.
Nancy is a Florida Realtor® Director for the association. She has received two President’s Awards and was named Realtor® of the Year in 2018.
She is passionate about her work with RPAC and efforts around affordable housing for all in Lee and Hendry Counties. She is active in the Building Industry Association’s Build My Future events and has participated in a Habitat for Humanity build.
Nancy is also active in the community with the Chamber of Commerce and her church. She and her hospitality committee at church provide food for those in need in Lehigh Acres every Wednesday night. She sits on the board for the church and has participated in an overseas mission trip to Kenya.
She and her husband Kevin have six children and love to be outdoors, fishing, lobstering and relaxing on the lanai.

Bev brings 40-plus years of diversified real estate experience in Southwest Florida to her role as a member of our board. She specializes in commercial, investment, retail, office/medical, industrial, land, hospitality and residential/multifamily properties and is also a business broker.
She has lived in the Fort Myers Beach/South Fort Myers area since 1976.
Bev started building and developing in the area in 1977. She has earned designations including CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ABR (Buyers Representative) and ASR (Sellers Representative). In addition, she holds the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource), TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor).
As a CCIM designee, Bev has extensive experience at the district, chapter and institute levels. She coordinates CCIM courses in our area and organizes Commercial Real Estate classes, seminars, workshops, events and networking, including University Alliance with FGCU.
Bev is active in many organizations and is certified in ABR, ASR, CRS, AHWD, TRC, BPOR, SFR, PSA, CIPS & CCIM.
Outside of real estate, she is certified in Feng Shui and has obtained the Advanced Business Certification. She is a Master-4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Hapkido.


Marlissa Gervasoni

Marlissa was born and raised in northern New Jersey and relocated to Cape Coral in 2003 with her husband, Howard, and two sons, Donovan and Tyler.
She is and active Realtor® with Jones and Co. Realty with the following designations: ABR, ACCRS, AHWD, CRS, GRI. She was previously a Realtor® with Century 21 Selling Paradise and Encore! Realty Services Inc.
Marlissa’s other experience includes director of sourcing and procurement at Source Interlink Companies and sourcing and procurement management with M&M MARS and Source Interlink Companies. She had also been employed by Citicorp/Citibank and in sales and marketing with Schein Pharmaceuticals, Encore Realty and Century 21 Selling Paradise.

Besides being a Realtor®, Holly has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1991.
After graduating from the University of Tampa in 1988, she received Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1991.
Holly became Realtor® in 2013 and received a Broker’s license in 2015. From 1991 to 2008, she practiced law, focusing on Worker’s Compensation defense.
She has been a real estate agent and broker associate with 4 Seasons Realty since 2013.
She was a 2018 participant in the RPCRA Leadership Academy and has served on the Florida Gulf Coast MLS Board of Directors since 2018. In 2016, she served on the Events Committee.
Holly moved to Florida in 1974 and lives in Bonita Springs with her husband David. Her children, Natalie and Brett, attend the University of Florida.
She says she is a pickleball fanatic.
