Real Estate is our business, I am very passionate about serving all the members of our association and making everyone’s
voice heard. I have been a full time Realtor since 2001 and can certainly relate to all the issues we encounter in our daily
routines. Real Estate is an ever changing industry and I will be on the forefront sharing those changes with the members. I
believe this support from our association will provide everyone with the knowledge, tools and growth for all of our members
to be successful, this is paramount!

Since 2018, I have been a member of the Public Policy committee and a Major Investor in our Realtor Political Action
Committee (RPAC). In addition, I am a graduate of our associations 2018 Leadership Academy. I served as the RPAC
Chair 2020 and 2021, and I am a Florida Realtor Director. I served as a Local Area Director for the Certified Residential
Specialists under the Residential Real Estate Council.

From 2014 to the present, I have served on the following State level Committees; Land Use, Attainable Housing and The
Florida Realtor Party Coordinating Committee (2019). This year, I am a third year member of the Honor Society from
Florida Realtors. From 2015 to present I have been a member of the Education Committee for The Council of Residential Real
Estate, and in 2018, I served on the Research Committee for the National Association of Realtors. I served as Director and 2022
Secretary on the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association Board of Directors.

Born in a small suburb of Buffalo, NY, Bill grew up with old world values where he was raised by his grandparents and as much time as his single Mom could devote, while she pursued HER career in Real Estate. Yes, Bill is a second-generation Realtor. Bill began his career as a Certified Financial Planner with American Express Financial Advisors and took an early retirement as a Field Vice President right here in Southwest Florida in December of 2000.

During his 16 years with American Express, Bill was coached by some of the most notable business experts in the country, while he assisted in the development of hundreds of Financial Advisors' practices, which develop independent businesses, just as Realtors do. Bill exited semi-retirement in 2010, obtained his real estate license and set out to position himself as a trainer and coach for Realtors that wanted to grow their businesses. Before you knew it, he was asked to lead and grow one of the larger Brokerages in the area, and has since joined Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, the largest independent Real Estate Brokerage in its area and Aubuchon Homes, one of the most respected Custom home builders for the last 29 years, as Director - Sales & Business Development, where he also serves a select group of clients, helping them accomplish their real estate goals.

In 2011, Bill responded to a call from the local Realtor Association for Orientation Instructors; where he auditioned and was invited to instruct the "Business Planning" section that went on to receive rave reviews. Bill has served on the local Board of Directors, Florida Realtors Board of Directors and in 2016, the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In November of 2015, Bill was selected by the Nomination and Credentials Committee to serve as the 2016 President-elect for the newly merged Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association and January ist of 2017, he began his role as President of the Association, serving over 6000 Realtors at that time. In January 2020, Bill was installed as the Florida Realtors' District Vice President for District 5. In January of this year, Bill once again took the helm as President of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, currently serving approximately  10,000 Members, as well as being appointed State Chair for Florida Realtors Political Action Committee's Participation sub-committee.

My name is Sandra E. Aguilar with eXp Realty, LLC, been in real estate for about 9 years serving the SWFL Community. I am currently the 2021 President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Cape Coral-Fort Myers Network. I have been involved with RPCRA for a few years now serving on various committees such as MLS Committee, Grievance Committee, Events Committee and I serve on the Board of Directors. I had the opportunity to attend Greater Realtor Days in Tallahassee and made our realtor voice heard. I am committed to our association and to our real estate community. I want to bring a fresh perspective to our association and board leaders.

Besides the Real Estate Community, I enjoy giving back. I have served and chair many other organizations including the SWFL Hispanic Chamber of Commerce board of directors. My background is in Marketing and Communications which I believe it will be a valuable asset for our association.

I developed my entrepreneurial spirit from my mother who is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed building contractor, building residential homes in Southwest Florida since the early 90s. Following my graduation from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.

I have worked closely with my mother managing the Real Estate Brokerage and construction administrative duties since my early 20s. Que Raphael is originally from Michigan, her interest and love for real estate started in 1998. That passion continued with her as she moved to South Florida in 2003. In 2007, she moved to Southwest Florida calling Lee County her home.

In 2013 selling vacation property, homes & helping families find their perfect home, become her Full Time Focus. In 2018 she received the training and skills to become a Proactive Property Manager for Annual Rental and Short-Term Vacation Rental Property Management from National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Shane Spring
The Keyes Company

As a second-generation Realtor®, Shane Spring followed is his father’s footsteps and began his fulltime career in Real Estate in 1999. Shane was born in Summit, NJ but his family moved to SW Florida in 1980. Shane grew up on Sanibel and attended Bishop Verot High School. He has seen the transformation of SW Florida into a community where anyone would want to reside. After attending University of Colorado and Florida Gulf Coast University, Shane joined his father in Real Estate part time in 1997. Shane found his passion for Real Estate and his desire to help others and became a full time Realtor® in 1999.

He worked with his father for 15 years before he ventured on his own and joined Royal Shell Real Estate. Shane is actively involved in local, state, and national Board of Realtors®. Shane also is involved in the local community; he is a current member of Lee County Conservation Land Acquisition Committee for the past 7 years and was reappointed for another 2-year term. He has also volunteered for local boards. Over the years, Shane has owned multiple properties throughout SW Florida and has even ventured into the construction and renovation side of flipping homes.

Shane has a vast knowledge of SW Florida’s Real Estate market and is continually educating on Real Estate related issues and technology. Shane has a strong work ethic based on communication, trust, and integrity. When Shane is not working, you can find him enjoying all SW Florida has to offer with his children Andrew and Lauren. Shane is active and loves to be outdoors exploring all of Florida. Shane is currently serving on the RPCRA Board of Directors, Florida Realtors and National Association of Realtors Director.
