The New RPCRA Headquarters Takes Shape
In RPCRA officially broke ground in December 2024 on its long-awaited new headquarters, a project that reflects the tremendous growth of Southwest Florida and the expanding needs of the region's real estate professionals. Located at 5265 Summerlin Commons Blvd. in Fort Myers, the new 23,384-square-foot, two-story facility will provide much-needed space and resources for RPCRA's more than 10,000 members and 25 dedicated staff. The headquarters will feature modern training classrooms, conference rooms, private offices, multipurpose spaces, a kitchen, storage facilities, and a covered patio area designed to host networking events and member gatherings.
The decision to build a new facility was made several years ago, as the association began to outgrow its previous headquarters due to the region's population boom--now seeing roughly 1,000 new residents moving to Florida daily, many of them settling in Southwest Florida. Despite facing construction delays caused by the pandemic, rising material costs, and Hurricane Ian, RPCRA has pushed forward with its vision. The project is being led by Stevens Construction, which expects the development to create dozens of local jobs and utilize substantial resources.. With its new headquarters, RPCRA is not only expanding its physical footprint but also reinforcing its mission to empower and support real estate professionals across Southwest Florida.
