Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association’s Leadership Development Academy can help prepare you to lead a committee, become an Officer of the Association, and get involved in the community.
Many of the guiding principles for RPCRA can be applied to running your business and benefit decisions that will impact your success. Designed to provide a forum for existing and potential leaders to work together, Leadership Development Academy offers unique opportunities to learn first-hand the operations of the Association. You can also experience how we integrate with Florida Realtors® (FR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Application Fee: $150
Deadline: The application process will open up in the Spring of 2025.
Attendance at class sessions is mandatory for completion of the Leadership Development Academy.
If a participant misses a session, he/she will be allowed to continue with approval of the Leadership Development Academy Task Force. If a participant misses more than one session, he/she will be asked to withdraw and reapply when he/she is able to meet the time commitments of the Academy.
