Leadership Development Academy is your opportunity to step beyond participation and into purposeful leadership. Whether your goal is to chair a committee, serve as an Officer, or become more engaged in our community, this program prepares you with the insight and confidence to lead effectively.

The principles that guide RPCRA aren't just for Association governance--they're powerful tools you can apply directly to your own business strategy, decision-making, and long-term success. Through collaboration with current and emerging leaders, you'll gain firsthand exposure to how the Association operates and how it works in partnership with Florida Realtors® and NAR.

Is the RPCRA Leadership Development Academy right for you?

  1. Has your experience in a leadership role or as a participant in a leadership training program instilled in you a desire to seek training at the highest level?

  2. Are you able to commit to a year-long program of leadership development that demands skill building, leadership discovery, study, time and travel, in which you are expected to stay engaged and consider new opportunities for the association with your peers?

  3. Do you wish to improve your leadership skills and use your leadership ability as a volunteer within the Realtor® organization?

  4. Are you excited to learn more about the inner workings of RPCRA and interested in giving back to the industry and applying what you learn?

  5. Will you support the initiatives of RPCRA as they continue to evolve?

  6. RPCRA’s Leadership Development Academy encourages diversity in all that we do. This includes different levels of education, cultural backgrounds, committee involvement, membership in councils and societies, life experiences, community involvement and more.
