The Academy offers a comprehensive approach to honing leadership skills, allowing participants to discover and refine their personal leadership styles while gaining insight into RPCRA's historical and operational framework. Collaboration is emphasized through team-based projects, providing a hands-on learning experience.

You can also experience how we integrate with Florida Realtors® and NAR.
