Attendance Policy Guidelines

At Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences and ensuring that all members receive full credit for their courses. Our attendance policies are designed to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that you meet the necessary criteria to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits or other professional certifications.

Please review our attendance policies carefully to ensure compliance and a smooth learning experience. These policies outline our requirements for punctuality, participation, and credit eligibility, as well as information on accommodations, cancellations, and no-show fees. By adhering to these guidelines, you help maintain the integrity of our programs and ensure fair access to all participants.

Services for Individuals with Special Accommodations

If you require special accommodations to participate in a seminar, including dietary restrictions, please contact the Professional Development Department at least one week prior to the course date.

Program Changes and Credit Hours

The Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association reserves the right to modify or cancel program plans if necessary. Credit hours will only be awarded to participants who meet the time requirements for the full duration of the course.

CE Credit Requirements

  • CE credit will not be granted if you do not arrive and check in o)n time. Specific times for each class will be provided.
  • For CE courses, you must check in with RPCRA staff and sign the attendance sheet upon both arrival and departure to receive credit.
  • FREC requires that licensees attend at least 90% of the scheduled classroom hours. Full physical attendance is mandatory for the duration of the course.
  • Note-taking is allowed on silent devices only. Cell phone use is permitted during designated breaks.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be received at least two (2) days prior to the start of the class. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Cancellations can be made through RPCRA’s Professional Development Department by calling (239) 936-3537 or clicking here
