Florida Realtors Releases New, Updated Forms
New and updated forms are available in Form Simplicity!
The forms reflect recent law and policy changes, including expanded flood disclosures and adjustments to NAR's Multiple Listing Options for Sellers. All are now available for download on Form Simplicity. (Login required)
ORLANDO, Fla. - In response to recent statewide law and policy updates, Florida Realtors® rolled out new and updated forms to help Realtors® stay ahead of evolving practices.
Some of the forms address the expanded residential flood disclosure bill that goes into effect today (Oct. 1). Under SB 948, signed into law in June, more stringent flood disclosure requirements have been established, including the requirement for residential sellers to disclose flood damage to the property, among other provisions.
The other forms ensure sellers are informed about their options under NAR's Multiple Listing Options for Sellers policy, in accordance with each local MLS's guidelines. The forms are available on Form Simplicity.

- Flood Disclosure (FD-2) - Reflects new statutory language that relates to the seller's knowledge about flooding and creates a new checkbox for the seller to complete. Click here to preview changes
Additionally, the following forms were updated to account for NAR's Multiple Listing Options for Sellers policy with a notice specifying that this option is available to sellers based on each local MLS's policies:
