Annual Member Awards Info

Primary consideration should be given to outstanding involvement and accomplishments during the past three (3) years with secondary consideration to accomplishments and involvement since becoming a member of Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association. The individual should be actively involved during the year of the award and part of the nominee's income must be derived from commissioned sales (actively listing and/or selling property). Evaluate nominee based on:

• Involvement in the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association in the past three years.
• Involvement in Committees and Leadership; Awards earned; Educational Pursuits; Honor Society, etc.
• Involvement in the Community and/or other business (e.g., civic, political, or cultural) organizations.
• Involvement in FR/NAR.
• Other

Educator of the Year honors a current member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association who has teaching excellence based on evaluations from classes and commitment to education during the past (3) years with secondary consideration to accomplishments and involvement since becoming a member of Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association. Evaluate nominee based on:

• Involvement in the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association in the past three years.
• Involvement in Committees and Leadership.
• Designations, certifications, awards, qualifications, etc.
• Other

Only Affiliate members of the Association may be nominated. The Affiliate must be a member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association and have a total of at least 3 consecutive years as a member. Primary consideration will be given to accomplishments and involvement during the year 2025. Evaluate nominee based on:

• Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association activities.
• Involvement in Committees and Leadership.
• Business accomplishments.
• Community Involvement.
• Other

• Involvement in the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association in their first three years of membership.
• Involvement in Committees (must have served on at least one committee).
• Involvement in the Community and/or other business (e.g., civic, political, or cultural) organizations.
• Involvement in FR/NAR.
• Other.

Primary consideration will be given to involvement and benefit to organizations, community, and volunteer work. Evaluate nominee based on:

• Twenty years or more of cumulative service as a Realtor® member.
• A proven diversity of service.
• Involvement and accomplishments in activities and projects.
• Leadership and local mentoring.
