Annual Membership Dues
Includes Local, Florida Realtors®,
& National Association of Realtors®

Annual dues are pro-rated on a monthly basis. This application is to be used by ALL NEW Members of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association. You are considered "NEW" if you have never been a member of our Association before, or have not been active with us in the past 12 months. If you have been active in the past 12 months, the amounts above may differ slightly. Contact a membership representative for more details.

The Designated Appraiser is responsible for their individual membership dues, as well as offices fees (see both grids).

The Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association covers Lee, Collier, and Hendry Counties.

*If you are an active member of another Florida Association, subtract the NAR Dues, FR Dues, and FR Processing fee from the total. If you are active with an out-of-state board, subtract the NAR dues from the total.

You will be asked to provide this full credit card number at the time of application processing. Please make sure it is available for use when ready to make payment for membership. Charges may appear on your statement as REALTOR ASSN/CHICAGO IL.



Only applicants for Designated REALTORS® or Secondary REALTORS® Membership who are principals, partners, or individuals in position of management control on behalf of individuals who are not physically present and engaged in the real estate profession in connection with the firm’s office location with the jurisdiction of the Association (e.g. branch office managers) must complete Section II.
