HS Frizzell Bio

Major Ethan Frizzell has over 25 years' experience in non-profit management with his most recent appointment serving The Salvation Army Division of Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi, as the General Secretary. Previously, Major Frizzell has served as the Area Commander, along with his wife, Major Sue Frizzell, of Nashville, Tennessee, Sarasota, Florida, and New Orleans Louisiana. Major Ethan and Sue Frizzell began their appointment with The Salvation Army of Lee, Hendry, and Glades in June of 2023.

Major Ethan Frizzell holds a master's in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School. His commitment is to "Veritas, Caritas, Civitas", truth and charity through community.

Specialty services include - Reducing days of homelessness experienced, increasing social mobility opportunities for families, resourcing children's capacity for full human potential and community based long term recovery.
